About us

The idea for "A Beautiful Bride" came about in 2002 when Julie Denetelli was planning her own wedding.  Her visits to all of the local Reno bridal shops made it obvious to her that these local shops were missing at least one of the ingredients of a complete bridal shop.  She was hoping for friendly, knowledgeable help and a good selection. 

She got the idea for the shop as she was driving back from Sacramento where she had to go to find just the right wedding dress.  She was determined to create an environment in her shop that provides a place where beautiful brides can find a friend who will listen to their dreams and plans and make helpful suggestions.  She was wildly successful, and after 5 years in Reno, her efforts were rewarded when Brian and Mary, who were looking for just the right opportunity happened along.  They recognized the value of the goodwill that has been created in this wonderful store, and as the new owners, are determined to carry it on to the next level.

Everyone in the shop has been through the same thing that you are going through, and they understand how important it is to have patience and to provide excellent service. 

As the Reno market has grown, it has attracted big stores and national chains, but nowhere will  you find more sincerely friendly people who will help you with this most important day!
